    This is the problem with store expansion.
    Will have all the costs associated, but each physical store will either add to the bottom line or not. The results will not be known for some time.
    Also for shopping centres: be weary of the upfront capital contributions offered by the centre which can distort short term results, but for which the liability is held for the duration of the lease.
