The speculation of Gina taking 30% stake on STX I don't think it will work for no one ( a hostile approach doesn't make much sense).

Alternatively a Gina 30% or 40% JV on SE could be more in line with this speculation as STX was looking for a Partner for Harber in the past, but now we can Build a Gas plant in the Precinct.

Just speculation from my part only , I have no idea on what is really going to happen but there are many possibilities out there, Management is working on it and patience should Pay out on the end.

why would Hancock spend a cent on SE when it's worthless you've been sold a pup. 1.6TCF filled to spill fairway was the statement....

The one thing STX are good at is Over promise : Under Deliver
