Hi ftroop, and any ideas about what this expenditure is on? Looks to me like they're expecting STX to spend money on SE processing plant and other infrastructure that may not occur? As Invertedva said, if these expenses are there, then where is the revenue? And, if they are in a position to take these FID's and develop the resources, then it would only be done off the back of a bankable commercial position. Looks like they are either incompetent or misleading.
