Maybe you need to read the company ann's,....reading doesn't seem to be your strong point?
STX have stated they have no buyers for the extra capacity right now but after some fine tuning they hope to be able to sell the extra capacity starting later in the year as well as increasing production into the 40+ TJ's/day.
