If the price was 50c PS I'd agree, but you neglect to mention, along with all your worries, that the sp is now half that, that removes a lot of risk and worry and adds a lot of attraction.

Yeah, tell that to the shareholders who took the risk at 40-50 cents at the height of positive rhetoric. Now, at a carefully calculated 22 cents, the risks may have been minimized but the earlier hoped-for rewards are gone.
