By my estimates 30 day VWAP will reach local minimum on 2 April. Before that day the 30 day is decreasing. After that day it'll be going up. So if they're making a move that'll be it. I've assumed we stick above 23c after today.
Might be a couple days later if I needed to exclude days that are in trading halt or public holidays, not sure of the particulars.
