Overseas attending a wedding - actually quite exhausting... First time I have had time to sit down and check HC in a week. @invertedva is 100% right. Macca shouldn't factor in the debt but not the revenue, but I think I'd already pointed out all the flaws with the Macca model. I'm all for sell side analysts being independent of all other relationship with the coverage company, but at least get the model half right. Valuing WE at 353mn is just another example - so the SE appraisal results have led to WE being valued at a substantial discount to what Hancock paid for WGO's non-operated stake even though gas price has doubled since that transaction. I'd suggest finding your largest salt grinder and pour plenty of it over the Macca report.
