I can confirm that the cost was very small and not at the levels that have been talked about here.
In fact the majority of the cost of the service Alpha Deal Group provided to SUDA and i assume for similar types of situations is paid for by the subscribers to their service as part of their fee arrangement. SUDA contributed a VERY small amount of this.
And two more things which are important:
1. SUDA were approached by Alpha Deal Group to undertake and complete a report on the company.
2. SUDA had no say or influence at all regarding the valuation that was published. The company provided alot of the content that is seen on the website, and also acted as a fact checker. The conclusions reached are those solely of the authors.
