for me Isplicer - I came across these through the Business channel - SKY Business. They were discussing the Bio / Medical stocks and mentioned the good stories..
After that done my research and waited until it was a good buy.. I suppose you have to look on the company's website and really look into these companies - as lots never make it far as it takes so long to get the drugs approved and commercialised.. Lots of the companies continually look for money from there shareholders.
So do your research and wait until its a good price to enter - I watched PRR for a good month before I entered at 9c.
Sorry - I haven't looked at NEU and BNE.
