Over the years I have seen plenty of HCBS. I must say that most of the ramping on many forums I suspect was generated from within the actual company concerned (note to self CCC). Regardless of where the ramping originates, I agree with you isplicer that there is a degree of perhaps over the top commentary particularly concerning these penny-dreadfuls where many a punter has opted to gauge the market place.
PRR has well informed posters and a large number of others looking for reinforcement of their position. I honestly reckon no amount of commentary will have any effect upon the performance of PRR from here. It will be announcement and results driven, pure and simple.
I have bought in recently, after selling at a profit last year, for what is now becoming concrete reality not vague notions. There is simply more upside foreseeable.
