Goldman Sachs retained buy but have cut valuation from north of $15 to $12.24.
And I'll wager any amount that if the stock price went back to $15 the broker's target price would duly follow it back up again.
So why this sort of worthless brokerspeak claptrap is worth quoting escapes me.
