what did you make of rci disclosure document and independent report on the css plant ?
i made mention of the annoucments on rci thread. id does not farewell if the css deal goes thru ,
rci at 15 cents is a great buy and cheap way to get in to bowen ! by voting against ccs and for bowens offer.
bowen are doing well in thie current market .
