analysts and md seem bullish

I think based on Q and A with analysts we will see upgrades

the great part fo the contract is Roc cost, 25 million plus carry of 80 million is paread out over 304 yeara and is fully recoverable

Becuase there is existing prod , its seems this is a low risk project, the rewards will range from low to high. the MD is bullish baout many aspects of the project so i would suggst likely to be high, but for my inv decsiion i will at this stage mdium to be conservative.
