Im pretty sure i read that the CAPEX in MRRT tax regime can be used as a tax write off?? Dont know the specifics, but if the CAPEX bill is large, tax can be effecitively reduced yearly , right??? i.e well get tax credits for the CAPEX to be used over time??? Dont know the specifics, but large CAPEX means lower tax. The companies that suffer are the small caps where capex is small and profits taxed....or exisitng miners with low capex bill??
