Yeah another cap raise would be good at higher prices. No reason why they couldn't get more cash even if they did a rights issue. I wonder if they will get the money owed for the 22k tests they've done. Still up in the air.

Agreed it can have a big influence. Possibly in this case these been so many naysayers that finally when a leading NZ broker puts out bullish report people flood in. Clearly a lot is being priced in, but may as well ride the momentum. I swear if PEB was on the ASX it'd be much higher!
