Best hope is 11.4. However won't happen yet as Beppa holders are in the drivers'seat.
Need stability in the share price after some sales.
Essentially, 11.4 allows changes in terms and conitions. Remove the need for RE to be a member of the BNB group and a world of possibilities arises, including internalising the management. My thoughts only as I am not a lawyer.
