Interesting find Bav,
I wouldn't trust Bell Potter as far as I could throw them, Bell Potter Securities Limited acted as Lead Manager to the 80m Placement..
Both identities of the institutional investors were kept concealed to the public, however I'm sure Bell Potter know precisely who they are.
It wouldn't surprise me if this is some tactic to downgrade the stock, scare/lure retail into selling, and then scoop up more shares for themselves.
