"Let's privately take $40m worth of shares, and we'll 'manage' the deal, and then set the sell price in the same breath... We'll also use this 40mil worth of shares to add downward selling pressure to frustrate retail, create false and misleading share value, and we'll also sell to and buy back from our mates at Roth Capital (who grabbed the other $40m) and create misleading trends and fluctuations".
I'm sure they've got a sell price in mind but it would be well over $0.36c a share AIMHO.
