Yes they certainly will but for now some caution is evident.........12-month target might well be 21c as the cogs do move slowly here and 21c is almost 100% better than todays price. No big illusions of grandeur for the next 12 months but I can bet my bottom dollar that they will be accumulating with a longer outlook and one where the potential for a cure becomes a reality and is certainly way past 2024. IMO 2025 is where it's all at.

In other words..........so what if they think only 21c in 12 months..............many of us are here for longer than 12 months from now. Lets see what target they bring out after 12 months has passed, and after they themselves have accumulated enough shares ..........
