PT - I do like your philosophy, however I would like you to explain why your "must" is not a "should" and more importantly how it would ever be a " could".
We have enjoyed rampant corruption and waste for over a century without investing in anything sustainable. now that we are broke and having to share the dwindling pie with ever more mouths, are we going to agree to invest what is left into building anything better? - we can't even balance the books let alone do great works.
You are right - that things are broken - but what makes you think this broken mess can agree to and action a solution in time.
More likely we will fight over the last of the milk and honey until we knock the bowl over.
The best you can hope to do, is invest in milk and honey - but that wont help your kids children.
