I think your statements of fact are a little misleading.
If you look at the share register you will find top US Uk and European funds Are on board along with many Australian instos. The reason these funds don't purchase on market is the lack of liquidity so you'll find they get on board through off market trades at agreed prices or private placements such as the last 170m raised.
Fact 2. Macquarie have been very good at getting the price down I'll give you that but it was mostly based on false or misleading statements. Such as Teva will dump msb, there are no medical journal articles, the mechanism of action doesn't work etc.
All of these have been proven incorrect he obviously doesn't like the company for whatever reason.
