I was at the last AGM and MG dropped nearly that exact line so I was expecting the Paducah to be closed in Jan / Feb 2015. The reality is that even if it is accurate I am not sure you can read in to this announcement that it will be a positive result. I assume MG has not even been told whether it will be a positive / negative result as it would open up continuous disclosure issues.
Hopefully for shareholders it is a positive result and it comes soon.
