....And personally , I can't see Quebec allowing the FIRST spod to go to Piedmont if a.) the ramp up cost are higher than the forecast avrages , and b.) if Piedmont as NOT been carrying its financial weight in the J.V.
Because that would be like lobbing over to Legault a hand grenade after you've waited a couple of seconds after pulling the pin. It would be Political suicide once the press got hold of it.....and no doubt they will already be circling .
....And personally , I can't see Quebec allowing the FIRST spod...
