gself - yes I agree that's what the Company announcement says. Could you have a look at the ASX shortfall notice & what Patersons role is in the underwriting? Just from a technical point of view. As another poster rightly said at the end of the day the underwriting is underway and it little matters who does what. A little while ago I noticed a new ASX - APEX notice on the underwriting. U K based Chase Nominees + M & G x 3 entities had a share issue of 250 million for $10 million = 2.5 cents per share.
