Sorry guys i've been peddlin up beach Road .Haven't read all the posts - so please excuse me if someone else has already raised the following points.Well, well, a 47 percent shortfall taken up by Pattersons .Can we now expect a substantial notice from Pattersons to the ASX that they now own 47 per cent of AXM ? If this is true can we also expect them to mount a takeover for the rest of the shares as they are now in breach of the 19.9 per cent limit .Don't I recall directors saying that major shareholders had indicated they were taking up their allocation - pretty amazing outcome if this were the case .(Accept of course the Legend/Creasy breaking ranks - which was a pretty amazing occurance)I always thought making it renouceable(which is usually done in a bull market) was just a means for those in the know to sell their rights to the little guys.One would think such a huge overhang wont do a lot for the shareprice .Will Pattersons try to unload onto their clients
