Wouldn't be surprised if potential bidders have approached the company already (they did hire the advisor), but I'm guessing they have been sent right back out the door to reflect on how petty their offers were. Management know what this is worth, and I'm hoping as money flows back into bio/healthcare stocks the bidders will be a bit more realistic with their offers
