I think they have to indicate some days before the closing date if they plan to extend. If they miss that date to notify an extnsion of the offer, I imagine they've got what they want or are regrouping for another tilt 4 months later.

Have no idea about delisting issues,but I'm not holding my breath for Australian regulators to intervene.
