Timing of this is interesting, with the AGM occurring tomorrow.
Although with a relatively small pool of retail shareholders and funds to hold them to account, I'm sure it will be the usual whitewash & positive spin-fest.
Regardless, it puts SXL in a tough position.
If the SXL share price returns to its pre-offer sp of ~75c, ARN could revisit this in a few months time and sweep the floor with a new low-ball offer. Seems to me that the current offer is exceedingly generous.
