Was watching Bobby Flay, well known US chef, barbecue show yesterday.....
Interesting comment he made whilst adding anchovies to a dish he was knocking up....
"Now add the anchovies, just don't tell anyone they are in there, they'll love it, tell
em they are and they won't even try it".....How true....
