If PYC needs to raise capital before the anticipated deal announcement, I?d prefer they borrow funds rather than dilute our shares with a share issue at 7.5 cents or below.

Announcing deals with large pharma and publishing detail of upfront fees, milestones and royalty payments is whats needed to make PYC sweet smelling again.
