Just skimming the document, can someone please explain why there are so many Directors. I thought we were told the last two were resigning

Ahh I found it buried in the Demerger document - "Ansteel has agreed that once Coda completes the Equity Capital Raising (within 12 months after theDemerger Implementation Date), it will procure that one of An Lin Shao and Ge Li resigns."

Do the shareholders all a favour and get them both to stand down. What a waste of shareholder funds - Ansteel are going to grind this company into the dirt!
