I have made a firm note that in future in such circumstances, when they arise, to get out on a run up and invest elsewhere until the months of delay are out of the way. I've been caught badly with this one but much worse by another stock which seems very well-managed and has stacks of cash and assets. They made us wait months for our 10% additional stock to take us over and their SP degraded and is still degraded!
I won't be waiting around for firms to get their transacitons in order any more. Experience is worth the loss of potential income in these interim wait periods.
BUT....we have only a week or so to go before we know out fate.
