The more I think about the goings on with KRL the more I can't help but feel they've been in serious bereach of their continuius dosclosure obligations on quite a few occasions.

When the company has announced it intends to "ramp up" prodcution to 30,000 - 50,000 t/m over the next 3 months (so far back I can't remember the date of the announcement) surely having realised that this is no longer possible due to the unavailability of mining equipment for many months they have an obligation to disclose what MUST be price sensitive information to the market at the time the information becomes available. Similar arguments could be made for a range of milestones that never really hapenned and disappeared quietly into the background (KI, mining at GPK, inability to ship coal down the Mamahak River, etc).

Rather than bug Nannook for info on the side tvhead why don't you give the company a call and ask them the timeline for production increases at Mamahak, how soon they expect they will have the type of equipment on-site required for the kinds of ramp-ups they've touted in so many previous announcements and what activity is cirrently taking place their in-liue of any serious mining.
