Consider this:

1. How much money do they have to continue running the businssnes and for how long?
2. What is their (NEW or OLD)core business and what have they done to add value to it over the last 12 months.
3. Why is the board there, what are they doing for all the shareholders? What experience do they have in mining?
4. You own the company, ring them up and ask them, what are they doing with your investment?
5. And finally, SEE THE WORLD AS IT IS, NOT HOW YOU WANT IT TO BE.
