Can't remember where I read it (maybe jocam's JOW)but if it's true that moving rigs cross-country in US is expensive in late Winter because rig owner, and therefore rig user, must pay for remedial work to damaged country roads resulting from relocation, we shouldn't be surprised about the pause in news re Appallachian drilling. I'd also be looking to news in early March. I've no worries.
