Too be honest , I invested in a ASX listed company just like million more out there.
I am not crazy, power mongrel.
If the last board righted it's self after the MR Ed 249d reeming . I would have been happy with last board.
But as you know last board and shareholders were million miles apart from striking a deal. So there was little options.

some could say this bunch of former ERM employee with in the empire board need to be reminded who pays there salary.
The way I understand empire foots the bill for directors so BOD doing there job one would think should be expected.
I would love nothing more than too not micro-manage grown man.i have to do that in real world, yell and order adults older than myself about like green horns sometimes.
but it looks like asset stripping to me and loading up up with unsustainable debt to by something that does not have a value to it, being unexplored permits and reserves that only select few may no.
