Doesn’t QTK have a DSSS/frequency that’s supposedly non jammable?

However it seems that the system becomes inoperable if subjected to interference…in Australia with a strict regulatory system this problem is easily dealt with…but in other countries it becomes a major ‘political’ issue it appears?
