Resignation of Nicholas Rogers

The Board also today announces that Mr Nicholas Rogers will resign as a Director of the Company for personal family reasons effective 30 June 2007.
Mr Rogers has served as a valuable member of the Board since his appointment on 23 November 2005. During his directorship, the company has undergone significant changes, including a substantial restructure and international expansion program. Mr Rogers’ experience and contribution during this time has played an important part in the overall success of the Company.

The Board wishes to thank Mr Rogers for his significant contribution during his time on the Board.
