I suggest your question is best answered by saying that Windsor and Oakshott had already decided they would support Labor, regardless of anything.

We all know where Oakshott stands. He declared it himself.

It is also apparent that Windsor is still grinding his axe with the Nationals.

If these blokes can't be what they went to the election as, being "Independents", they should get out of the kitchen.

They are out the door at the next election anyway.
