ghosty, I'd agree with your comment regarding "in time all will be fine" but thts exactly the point. Some will go straight into production and some will require extra time.
In my opinion, and from what I've been told, CXY going straight to energy production will definately not need a petroleum licence but any other form of production will.
Maybe this is something we should get checked out at CXY's Annual General Meeting next week. Will someone ask on my behalf please?
