The Sulphides MAY not be so important to HNC now with the present base metal prices and lack of global growth prospects including their own domestic market (?) so seems to me that its possible HNC could play their cards to aquire the company for peanuts and without a formal takeeover requiring FIRB approval. Such is the Chinese way. They could very well play a waiting game as part of their ownership strategy before they NEED to spend big money on a very complex polymetallic processing plant.
Would think that Toll is a wake up to all the tactics.
