I think we can accept now with some sureity that HNC have security over their loan to CMR (us) through Cuz's actions and therefore this raises the question of "withholding material information" because, like you, I have never been able to find such an announcement to the ASX.
If this is so then how much more "Material" stuff has been withheld?

I am not qualified to form an opinion on the legal significance of this turn but it at least demonstrates how CMR's management continue with their practice of always playing their cards close to their chest.
And this practice has been our public complaint for years.
