This certainly makes a mockery of getting shareholders to vote on items of business at company meetings that affect the future direction and success of their company and their investment. And of all the literature that states shareholders approval required for this and shareholder approval required for that... It’s all Bullsh#t...

The concept of Corporate Governance and Accountability is a farce... Who’s enforcing it...

This board has just done whatever the hell it likes, while withholding crucial information from existing and prospective shareholders. Vital information that was required to make a properly informed investment decision regarding CMR - (Con Men Revisisted).

And still it goes on. We still don’t know what we don’t know...

Do not take this lying down shareholders or it will continue to go on. Get the message out there or they will continue to feed us spin, take our money and then treat us like second class citizens and leaving us with nothing and asking Why, What happened...
