Those wondering why the large volume recently, as per the annual report, with some shares coming out of escrow recently, I would put my money on those looking to take some cash off the table.

Typically large block sales are done at a discount to market. This is done when the seller sounds out the market. If on the other hand a buyer wanted a large block of shares this may be done above market prices.
