Caspian Oil & Gas Ltd is seeking partner(s) to farm-in to an exploration/near field appraisal opportunity in the Kyrgyz Republic, Central Asia.
Caspian Oil & Gas has interests in prospective licences within the prolific oil and gas Fergana Basin in the Kyrgyz Republic, Central Asia. The US Department of Energy estimated that the basin has a potential of four billion barrels of recoverable oil, and yet to date only a quarter having been produced. Caspian is seeking expressions of interest for equity in the licences through contributions to exploration
Highlights: ? Caspian holds a total of seven exploration licences (100% equity) and one licence which includes the Mailisu III oilfield (70% equity). ? Proved hydrocarbon provenance - potential for significant oil and gas discoveries in the licences. ? Large area for exploration ~7,800sq km ?
