the small print (..very small print in the cash flow statement - but "eagle eye" watso, managed to spot it) in the quarterly,mentioned that the company was in the process of raising $350,000. (probably 100m shares at 3.5c)

in all fairness, the company needs to be admired - a company with less fortitude, would have given up the game a long time ago.

full marks to the company for always managing to find investors, who are looking for a tax loss, but at the same time offering hope, for some ramp (there has to be a ramp - sooner or later - there has not been one for a while)
