I am beginning to wonder if Gunns Ltd are anywhere near insolvency?
As they are now without the MIS millions that once flowed into their coffers, also that the cheap as chips wood-chip sales seem to have dried up, then the Bunnings Hardware Barns would be negatively impacting upon their Hardware-store sales revenues, added to this is the grape wine glut throughout the winery trade, what can the shrinking revenues be at this faltering stage in the life of Gunns Ltd?

28,000 Hectares of Tasmanian territory that was once owned by the people of Tasmania yet sold off without any compunction or consultation, to Gunns Ltd, shall soon be put under the auctioneers hammer, though the ANZ will have their eye on this proposed sell-off.

Of primary concern at this time would be the entitlements due to those who have served on this Ship of Wrongful Opportunity, in that manner of expected performance as given by others to their respective employers?

One never knows when this Ship might founder upon the rocks of retribution?

How many other corporations in Australia have had the political clout to have defied gravity (and the ASX and ASIC) for so long?
Anyone else wondered about the role of the CFMEU in all this?
    Oh, and Hobart and Canberra.
Isnt it past time to be merciful and put this quivering corpse out of its misery? You would not treat your dying dog like this . . .
