Scott's probably jacked-off because Morgans previously raised capital for the company, so he likely has clients underwater, after advising them they'd have sufficient funds till trial completion. Mind you, I doubt even the most experienced advisor would have expected Invion to dilute the register 30% just for interim funding, when you have a major trial due. Someone appears not to have carried the '1' in the last column of their add sum.
