Two days is pretty standard. I'd expect (hope) we get an announcement following close tomorrow.

I really have no idea what value a bid we might expect. Such a hard business to value, and different private equity would have different ideas for the business. This was always a short term play for me, so anything about 60c would be attractive to me. That said, higher is not out of the question IMO!
