Hi Tony69, thats very interesting news - I'm sure all here would appreciate your having found that out.

Personally, I welcome that kind of statement. I subscribe to the philosophy of underpromise and overdeliver so I would rather hear it straight if they dont know when, than give us a date and then tell us there's a delay. This happens with BCC which would be my only criticism of that team.

Still, it doesnt detract from the fact there's oil there, its just a matter of time. The good news about that is that due to the uncertainty about time, the SP will be discounted somewhat because some players would prefer certainty around timeframes. That means if you have confidence in the resource, you can pick up a stake at a discount to what it otherwise would be. I'd prefer time uncertainty any day over resource uncertainty since ultimately when the company delivers, it will be valued on the resource, as the delay will be in the past.
